We use the name, email and message you provide to respond to your request. If you request festival updates, we use your email for that subscription on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe by contacting the email above. A contact enquiry is not a request for marketing.
Hotel bookings
We process contact, billing, room-holder, stay-date and order-status information to manage bookings, payments and related administrative obligations. This processing is based on the booking contract and applicable legal obligations. Information necessary for accommodation is shared with the hotel.
Stripe processes payments; this website does not store full card details. Make and Google Sheets synchronise the rooming list. Only information necessary to manage the stay should be included. Competition entries and ticketing provided by other platforms are also subject to the information those platforms display when used.
Retention and rights
Information is kept while needed to handle a request, maintain a subscription or manage a booking, and for applicable statutory periods. Contact the email above to request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
